Since 1954, the elegant Excelsior Grand Hotel has been providing luxurious accommodation and a warm welcome for visitors to Catania.

The 4 star, city centre hotel was completely renovated and refurbished and reopened in 2001 with a spectacular new design. Opulent marble floors, gilt and stucco décor and rich, wooden furnishings fill the halls of the Excelsior Grand Hotel.

Guest Information

• Check In & Check Out Information: Guests can check in any time after 2.00 p.m. on day of arrival, and check out is before 12.00 p.m. on the afternoon of departure.

• City Tax: The cost of tax per person is € 1.00 per day up to 31.12.2011 and will increase to € 1.50 from 01.01.2012, to a maximum of 3nights

• Luggage Storage: If you arrive before or depart after check in/ check out times, the hotel will be pleased to hold your luggage for you for a few hours.

• Reception: Reception is attended to 24 hours a day, offering you late check in and round the clock assistance.

• Parking: Public parking is available at a location nearby. A member of staff will direct you to the closest parking facility. Charges apply for use of the parking facility.

• Internet Access: Wireless Internet Access is available throughout the hotel at a rate of €18.00 per 24 hours.

• Pets: Pets are welcome at Excelsior Grand Hilton on a request basis. A supplementary charge may apply for this facility.
